Ready! Steady! Cook!
2010 August 31
My very good mate Tim Elwin from Urban Food Market and I were on Ready, Steady, Cook today. We had a great time, and I would do it again in a heartbeat! I urge you if you live in Sydney to apply to be in the audience or on the show. So much fun and silliness..

Reem, you were fabulous, such a natural in front of the camera. And the food you and Tim cooked looked fantastic. Good stuff!

You’re a natural Reem! Loved that you volunteered to teach Peter how to tweet. You both looked great on camera. Fantastic job by you both

I couldn’t stop laughing! Especially when watching Timbo resist replying to Peter’s innuendoes. You could see “Oh, wait. Can’t say that. I’m on TV!” flicker over his face!

Friends of mine were on the show a few years ago and the way they gee-d up the crowd was ridiculous! So silly. Hard not to collapse into fits of laughter when everyone around you is groaning audibly in a way that should not be heard in public!
Didn’t get a chance to see you that day but you’re a natural! The camera loves you!

You were a star Reem! Great work (especially for trying to help the plastic faced baboon understand what a b-l-o-g is).

I still can’t believe how lucky I was that Mama Explody had wagged school the day this was on so we could revel in this hilarity together! Call of the day: ‘I love a fresh date!’ LOL! As many others have already noted, you were divine on screen! I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, you are to be the new Maeve O’Maera. OK?
